Laser Cutting & Fabrication Support

Blend Energy maintains in-house CNC laser cutting and metal fabrication capabilities, including bending, welding, and machining of stainless and carbon steel. These capabilities enable rapid prototyping and precise fabrication in support of our engineering and project delivery activities.

Waste Sampling & Feedstock Assessment

Blend Energy offers waste sampling and test processing services to assess the suitability of specific waste streams for thermolysis. Clients receive a concise technical report outlining material behaviour, indicative yields, and the viability of conversion into energy carriers such as oil, gas, electricity, or heat.

Oil Sampling & Elemental Analysis Support

Blend Energy provides oil sampling and elemental screening using in-house XRF equipment to support product characterisation and quality assessment. This service is intended for technical evaluation and process support during pilot operation, commissioning, and optimisation.
